What is Bytecheck Best Practice?

A set of optimization measures in a residential building project - especially from the perspective of the end user of the apartment or house. It is a quality standard of execution, which is a higher level in the quality assessment of residential properties, which Bytecheck has been honing for more than 10 years. It reflects changes in the market and the expectations of property residents, which are constantly increasing.

Three essential steps in project review

1. Basic project review

We will find any errors. We will review the project for mandatory and optional parameters from the law / standards. We will help designers and investors to minimize problems during construction.

2. Project opposition

We have collected requirements for the quality and workmanship of buildings. We know what people imagine as optimal housing. Where quality does not fit, or where developers, architects or construction companies do not clearly specify it based on any standard, we define quality.

3. Optimization

Not all problems have been named on the market. Therefore, we will subject the project to peer review and look for the project's weaknesses that would bother its residents. With each subsequent optimization, we improve Best Practice for other buildings.
